Overview

In this role you will lead a 12-person Content Design team within Product, shaping a cohesive content strategy that aligns with company goals and a growing AI-enabled workflow. You’ll partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to set success metrics and guide content initiatives across multiple brands. You’ll drive adoption of AI-powered content tools, establish human-in-the-loop processes, and ensure brand voice is preserved at scale. This is an opportunity to influence content design at scale in a fast‑moving travel tech environment.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and govern a broad content strategy aligned with business objectives and AI-enabled workflows
- Lead and mentor a team of 12 Content Designers and 1 Lead Content Designer
- Champion adoption and optimization of an internal AI content agent to accelerate delivery and quality
- Define human-in-the-loop workflows, AI prompt engineering best practices, and QA for AI-generated content
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into measurable content goals and success metrics
- Align product and business priorities with user needs to drive strategic direction




- Foster best-in-class content design practices as a bridge between Product and human writing
- Influence stakeholders across Product and other areas to improve workflows and opportunities for AI automation
- Mentor team through learning programs to upskill in AI-era competencies
- Periodically review workflows to identify better ways of working and automation opportunities

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in a leadership role in Content Design, content strategy, or similar
- Experience scaling and managing large teams (10+ people) and managing other leads
- Proven track record integrating Generative AI (LLMs, AI agents) into content workflows
- Native English speaker; fluency in other European languages a plus
- Experience in eCommerce or travel sector preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI governance, and maintaining brand tone at scale with AI tools
- Knowledge of content strategy and conversion tactics in eCommerce
- Process-oriented, proactive thinker with collaboration and adaptability
- Humility and sense of humor; strong influencing skills
