In this role you will coordinate GMV's global Occupational Risk Prevention and Health actions to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. You will lead the ORP team across international delegations, aligning with corporate policy and strategic decisions. The position focuses on evolving and implementing a global prevention model and promoting a proactive safety culture. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive measurable safety outcomes and compliance at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Define, coordinate and supervise GMV's global Occupational Risk Prevention and Health actions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operating countries
- Functionally lead the ORP team and coordinate suppliers across delegations
- Oversee incident/accident investigations and corporate reporting, implementing corrective measures
- Promote a culture of prevention and continuous improvement in international delegations
Requisitos principales
- Master’s degree related to Occupational Risk Prevention (Health and Safety)
- 7+ years of experience in the defined areas of responsibility
- Experience implementing prevention systems (valued)
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of other EU languages (asset)
- Proactivity and results orientation
