Overview

In this role you will help build and scale Factorial’s AI-driven Finance domain, transforming how invoices, payments, and analytics are handled. You’ll own end-to-end impact, from problem definition to measuring real outcomes, not just coding. You’ll contribute to an AI platform that automates core finance workflows and supports cross-functional teams. This is a fast-moving, hands-on role focused on delivering tangible value through probabilistic, AI-enabled features.

Responsabilidades

- Design system architectures for multi-agent AI features
- Write high-level prompts to guide multi-agent code generation
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs for security, scalability, and structure
- Orchestrate parallel AI agents to ensure coherent feature outputs
- Define workflows and experiment with new approaches; share findings with the team




- Assist in transitioning teammates from deterministic to probabilistic thinking

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years in software engineering
- Experience shipping AI-powered features with production evaluation
- Comfort reviewing agentic workflows and understanding LLM tradeoffs
- Ability to break down non-deterministic outputs for the team to reason about
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React; experience integrating AI models into cloud-native environments
- Ability to explain complex technical decisions in clear English
- Owns end-to-end AI feature lifecycle: build, deploy, measure, adjust
