Overview

As an RWE Data Scientist at Sanofi, you apply cutting-edge analytics to support evidence-based pharmaceutical development. You will lead machine learning and AI initiatives and collaborate across R&D;, Medical Affairs, HEVA, and Market Access to deliver impactful insights. You’ll build reusable modeling frameworks and integrate diverse data sources (EHRs, claims, trials, imaging) to answer key business questions. This role offers shaping advanced analytics at scale within a global biopharma context.

Responsabilidades

- Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning and statistics on cross-functional projects
- Execute advanced analytics projects across R&D;, Medical Affairs, HEVA and Market Access




- Develop and deploy methodologies for machine learning, statistics, modelling, NLP/text-mining, and data-mining
- Create reusable modeling frameworks and oversee data integration across large and small datasets
- Plan and promote methodological standards, demos, and POCs for priority business needs
- Contribute to Sanofi's data science architecture and ecosystem to guide decision-making

Requisitos principales

- PhD in quantitative field with 6 years of experience or relevant Master’s with 10 years of experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
