In this role you will lead cost management for high-profile data centre projects in Madrid, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver value-driven outcomes. You will act as the primary client interface, shaping cost strategy and reporting to support excellent project delivery. You will foster a collaborative culture, grow the cost management capability, and drive continuous improvement. Responsabilidades

- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and serve as day-to-day client liaison to achieve objectives
- Manage team performance, development, and recruitment in line with pipeline and projects
- Develop cost benchmarks, KPIs, and robust reporting structures for project execution
- Oversee end-to-end project controls, cost planning, and post-contract reporting
- Lead financial management, risk, and commercial negotiations with the project team




- Coordinate invoicing processes and ensure compliance with client requirements
- Contribute to business development and share lessons learned to drive improvements

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in cost management
- Broad experience across planning, estimating, pre-contract, post-contract, and final accounts
- Experience with value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
- Knowledge of labour, plant, materials costs, cashflow, and budgeting
- Experience in business development activities
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and teamwork abilities
- English required; Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and digital cost management tools; familiarity with D-365
