Overview

In this role you will drive the industrialization of new production lines and equipment, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and standardize processes while advancing lean manufacturing practices. You’ll lead or support PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN activities, participate in SPV workshops, and ensure safe, compliant operations. This is a hands-on role with impact on cycle times, material and labor costs, and overall production performance.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the industrialization of new P1 and introduction of production equipment using IPROM
- Design, validate and set acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines
- Lead or participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN activities
- Support on trials, reporting, and action plans to ready lines for FDPR
- Monitor QCDM performance and drive improvements; optimize cycle time and costs




- Update routings in information systems with SPV validation
- Support production technicians with training, analysis, and problem solving
- Collaborate with suppliers on equipment development and SPV workshops
- Participate in APU QRQC and standardization efforts (PG RAISE, CdC)
- Ensure compliance with Safety and Environment procedures; maintain 5S and report issues
- Engage in process validation planning and capability assessment
- Participate in design and optimization of equipment, lines, and tooling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to share know-how and best practices
