As a Senior BPA Developer, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced BPA/RPA automation across the organization, translating complex processes into scalable solutions. You will mentor junior teams, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and own end-to-end automation life cycles, from concept to optimization. You’ll apply AI-assisted tools and modern development practices to boost efficiency, resilience, and impact, while upholding governance and best practices. Responsabilidades

- Lead analysis of complex business processes to identify high-value automation opportunities
- Design, develop, and deploy BPA/RPA solutions using Python or similar languages and AI-assisted tools
- Mentor junior/mid-level BPA developers and promote best practices
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation
- Own the full automation lifecycle from concept to deployment and optimization




- Oversee day-to-day operation, troubleshoot issues, ensure stability and performance
- Lead and support testing activities including UAT to meet expectations
- Create, maintain, and review technical and process documentation
- Monitor performance, define KPIs, and report ROI of automation initiatives
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation technologies and AI capabilities

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years of experience in software development and automation
- Hands-on expertise in Python or similar languages
- Proven experience designing and delivering BPA/RPA solutions in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of SAP (SAP R/3, Business Warehouse) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with RPA/BPA platforms and automation tools
- Strong end-to-end understanding of business processes and operational workflows
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a business mindset
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and modern practices is valued
