As a Customer Success & Digital Account, you will drive adoption of Technogym's Digital portfolio, boosting satisfaction, engagement and retention. You act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, supporting commercial growth and successful deployment of digital solutions. The role blends office work with on-site visits to train and guide customers, strengthening long-term relationships while contributing to revenue and business success. You will shape the value of the Digital Ecosystem for a integral client base and collaborate across functions to scale impact.
Responsabilidades
- Achieve digital and consulting sales and profitability targets.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales and sales activities with product presentations and digital solution expertise.
- Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and training to ensure successful adoption of Technogym digital products.
- Develop customer success stories and best practices demonstrating value of digital solutions for member attraction and retention.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and educational events promoting Technogym's digital ecosystem.
- Manage digital sales forecasts and pipeline activities with a structured, proactive approach.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, products, and pricing to provide business insights.
- Promote initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Support product launches and commercial initiatives to maximize opportunities.
