Responsabilidades
- High-volume alert review and resolution to ensure swift, accurate decisions on suspicious behavior
- Advanced escalation handling as the primary contact for complex alerts requiring deeper investigation
- Detection logic feedback loop to inform product and data teams for rule tuning
- Process and workflow optimization to reduce false positives and improve efficiency
- Mentorship on the line including onboarding and best-practice sharing
- Compliance and airtight documentation backing every resolved alert with defensible rationale
- Typology hunting and ownership of focal monitoring areas translating trends into production rules
Requisitos principales
- 3+ years in transaction monitoring, real-time fraud operations, or KYT surveillance in hyper-growth fintechs or high-volume environments
- Subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring, payment flows, velocity patterns, and regulatory frameworks (FATF, EU Directives, PSD3/SCA)
- Advanced data literacy with internal analytics tools (Looker, Splunk, HEX, Redshift) and basic SQL
- Strong track record of identifying gaps in automated detection models and turning them into monitoring scenarios
- Leadership and coaching experience to guide peers and elevate team capabilities
- Analytical communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Extreme attention to detail and ethical judgment in risk incidents
