✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

- Lead projects and teams, focusing on successful delivery and customer value realization.
- Develop expertise in ServiceNow offerings and provide technical leadership to customers.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned with best practices.
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
- Participate in workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
- Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants while driving innovation and quality.

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Years' experience: 8+ years

English: C1 minimum

Spanish: Native

ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS)

- Ability to travel.
- Industry domain expertise.
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.




- Experience managing customer relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple engagements.

Work Schedule: 09:00-18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break)
