Overview

In this hybrid role, you will blend technical AI development with strategic consulting to shape AI-driven delivery within healthcare and life sciences projects. You’ll work on embedding AI capabilities into consulting workflows, building data pipelines, and deploying agents and multi-agent systems to improve project outcomes. You’ll collaborate with a senior consulting team to translate business problems into AI solutions and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders. This position offers hands-on engineering work and meaningful client-facing impact in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

- Support strategic consulting project design and delivery with analytical thinking and AI-powered methods
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and collaborate with project leads
- Communicate technical approaches to non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
- Contribute to scoping, workplan structuring, and deliverables in a multi-project setting
- Design and implement Python-based data pipelines with external data sources and APIs
- Develop automated data extraction, cleaning, and transformation workflows
- Integrate LLM APIs for classification and information extraction
- Design prompt strategies and validation logic for structured outputs




- Build reusable components for query generation and multi-source data integration
- Ensure robust, maintainable AI-powered workflows
- Design and deploy LLM-powered agents for recurring consulting tasks
- Build and maintain MCP servers to expose internal tools and data as callable resources
- Package custom skills and automation workflows for use within LLMs
- Architect multi-agent systems with specialized agents collaborating on complex tasks

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 2–5 years in applied AI, data engineering, or a consulting-adjacent technical role
- Strong Python programming skills with data processing and API integration
- Experience with REST APIs and structured data (JSON)
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs in real projects
- Prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use patterns and error handling
- Practical knowledge of MCP server design and implementation

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with autonomy
- Clear communication of technical concepts to business audiences
- Strong learning orientation and responsiveness to feedback
- Python (or R), SQL, data manipulation/visualization libraries
