In this role you will drive growth for key pharmaceutical accounts in Spain, shaping value-based solutions and coordinating end-to-end sales processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-potential accounts and monetize opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsabilidades
- Develop business for high-value accounts including basket/product selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing
- Conduct customer visits and manage end-to-end proposals: prepare, coordinate, negotiate, and close; respond to RFQs
- Identify customer potential and monetization strategies
- Identify, prioritize and convert prospects into customers
- Manage customer initiatives and projects
- Maintain CRM and complete relevant reporting
Requisitos principales
- Life Science degree
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- English and Catalan: spoken and written
- Other languages valued
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP valued
