In this role you lead the Execution Readiness process for wind project execution, aligning cross-functional teams to prepare for handover to construction leadership. You shape operations strategies, manage the readiness tasks from suppliers to site, and ensure timely procurement, resources, and material delivery. You drive continuous improvement within the department and support transversal company initiatives. You thrive working in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment to enable on-time project delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate primary value-chain activities across Planning, Logistics & MM, I&C;, Concrete Towers and BOP as applicable
- Manage and execute the Execution Readiness process
- Oversee coordination from plant/supplier to site for Execution Readiness tasks
- Identify budget and schedule deviations and develop alternatives
- Ensure timely resource availability (tools, cranes, personnel)
- Ensure main components and direct supplies are defined, manufactured and delivered on time
- Oversee contract elaboration, purchase requisitions and purchase orders aligned with project needs
- Deploy and hand over customer and internal requirements to the Project Team during Execution Phase
- Provide back-office support to the project during site execution
- Report and support Project Manager on operations-related needs
- Improve existing processes and contribute to new process creation
- Support transversal programs (Cost Of Energy, Continuous Improvement, lessons learned, Strategy Optimization)
Requisitos principales
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 5–7 years of wind industry experience
- Master in Project Management and/or PMP certification (complementary training)
- Proven ability to complete large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organizational, planning, and analytic capabilities
- Willingness to travel
