Overview

As Planning & Performance Lead at Sanofi, you will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights to support planning cycles and performance reviews. You will work closely with Finance, Strategy, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions across the organization. Your expertise in data extraction, analytics, and storytelling will help senior leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities. This role combines deep financial acumen with dashboards and narrative clarity to enable strategic outcomes in a global, matrixed setting.

Responsabilidades

- Support annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly performance reviews
- Consolidate and analyze financial and operational KPIs; prepare leadership performance summaries
- Deliver insights to drive operational excellence and resource optimization
- Own performance review data reporting
- Extract, clean, and synthesize data from dashboards and enterprise tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Workday)
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Develop models and analytical frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Translate findings into clear narratives for executive audiences
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting to improve transparency




- Partner with IT, Finance, and Business Operations to integrate new data sources and enhance analytics
- Lead cross-functional conversations to translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Present insights to senior leadership, influencing decisions with data-backed recommendations
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality
- Promote data literacy across the organization

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or data analytics
- Strong understanding of financial statements, planning cycles, and performance metrics
- Ability to simplify complex datasets into executive-ready insights
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and senior stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages
- Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights in communications and presentations
- Experience in general or matrixed organizations
- Bachelor in Finance or related field, MBA preferred
