Overview

In this role you drive the development, industrialization and process optimization for composite manufacturing within the ODAMVC team. You’ll translate industrial requirements into design and supply chain actions, raising shop-floor execution quality and safety. You collaborate across cross-functional teams on design phases and PFMEA while shaping detailed build processes. This is a chance to apply advanced composites expertise to high-impact R&T; and new product industrializations at Airbus Cádiz.

Responsabilidades

- Lead Collaborative Design for Manufacturing activities (Co-Design/Co-Industrialization).
- Ensure industrial requirements are integrated across design phases and aligned with Engineering and Supply Chain.
- Define and design the Detailed Build Process for Manufacturing Engineering.
- Ensure safe, robust execution of operations and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Organize and support PFMEA/FMEA processes.
- Manage technical engineering information.
- Contribute to Quality Control by planning measurement tasks and assessing process capability.
- Define components/parts specifications and support tooling/jig activities.
- Support Supply Chain management,



ensuring data consistency and addressing issues like missing parts and MRP impacts.
- Interface with Maintenance and assist with operational needs; escalate and resolve shop-floor issues.
- Support continuous plant improvement with work preparation expertise; consider economic and planning aspects.
- Provide advisory input for budget and occasionally CAPEX planning to drive cost improvements.
- Evaluate industrial impact of modifications with IA, ISE, TDE, PPE teams; participate in cross-functional projects.

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 10 years in Composite Manufacturing Engineering and R&T; activities.
- Strong knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
- Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep knowledge of the industrial infrastructure for composite manufacturing.
- Autonomous user of CATIA, including Generative Shape Design (GSD) and Composite Design modules.
