Overview

In this role you will manage day-to-day accounting for the Spanish entity and ensure accurate financial data within the ERP. You will own tasks from bookkeeping to month-end close, VAT filings, and AP/AR management, while supporting audits and reporting. You will collaborate with local management and the international finance team, contributing to process improvements in a growing, cross-border environment. This position offers ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a direct impact on financial operations.

Responsabilidades

- Bookkeeping for the Spanish entity
- Month-end close processes
- VAT and statutory filings
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Ensure ERP data accuracy




- Support internal and external audits
- Prepare and support financial reporting
- Collaborate with local management and international finance team

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Accounting, Corporate Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience in Spain.
- Experience preparing and submitting Spanish tax filings (VAT, modelos 303/349/390, withholding, annual declarations).
- Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and VAT regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent Spanish and good working level of English.
