Overview

In this role you will lead the design and execution of Supplier Lifecycle Management and risk frameworks to support the S2P roadmap. You will harmonize end-to-end supplier processes, onboarding, segmentation, performance, and risk governance within a integral, cross-functional procurement team. You will enhance data quality rules and ensure compliance across procurement data. Responsabilidades

- Design and lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle programs (onboarding, qualification, segmentation, relationship management)
- Lead supplier performance and risk management initiatives




- Develop and enhance the procurement risk management framework for suppliers and raw materials
- Govern master data quality rules for procurement data to ensure integrity and compliance
- Support Group initiatives and align with enterprise priorities
- Identify synergies and drive continuous improvements to increase process efficiency
- Foster governance, collaboration, and clear communication across stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 5 years of procurement expertise
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex global stakeholders, projects, and change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
