Overview

In this role you lead data quality governance for the SE Intel data platform, enabling trusted data across 10,000+ users. You will shape the end-to-end data quality framework and translate governance rules into actionable dashboards for executives, product owners, and stream leaders. You drive monitoring, RCA, and preventive actions while guiding a cross-functional team through Agile delivery. This is a chance to shape data quality at scale within Schneider Electric’s digital transformation and data-driven performance initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align data quality with business value and product roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

- Define and own the end-to-end data quality framework for SE Intel
- Design data quality monitoring rules across sources and KPIs (Digital Flywheel, Vitality Index, Opportunities)
- Create and maintain data quality checks and dashboards per data source
- Lead backlog prioritization and participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Manage a cross-functional team of Data Engineers, Analysts,



and Visualization Developers
- Run monthly data quality disclosures, perform RCA on data quality failures, and drive preventive actions
- Act as internal data governance expert and communicate results to ExCom and stakeholders
- Run change management to drive adoption of data quality standards across the SE Intel user community
- Collaborate with data offices, stream leaders, and product owners to ensure data quality aligns with roadmaps
- Support secure data extraction and enforce data security protocols

Requisitos principales

- Master’s degree in a technical field
- Mandatory: data quality, data governance, or data engineering experience
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with SAP SD data model, Salesforce, Tableau, Informatica Cloud, AWS/Redshift
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and Agile project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills with exposure to ExCom
- Experience with global teams
- Data governance certification a plus
- GenAI/AI data quality exposure a plus
