Overview

In this role you design, configure and support data and voice networking solutions, including contact center and security technologies, across regional and potentially global scopes. You ensure robust failover and business continuity, and you support complex setups such as SAN, CTI and video networking for executive meetings. You will produce documentation and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to keep services running smoothly.

Responsabilidades

- Design, configure and implement network solutions to support changes and new features across departments and sites
- Provide full operational support for regional network services with limited guidance in complex situations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, asset inventories and configuration data




- Analyze vendor invoices for accuracy, manage inventory and order equipment
- Support complex video networking for Board meetings and conferences

Requisitos principales

- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree with Network Engineering or Related Field of Study preferred
- Cisco CCNP Enterprise and/or CCNP Data Center and other certifications listed in ad
- CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, Microsoft Azure Associate, UCCE Specialist, F5 Certified Administrator, SolarWinds Certified Professional
- Able to work independently, communicate clearly and manage time effectively
- Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills and ability to work under stress
