Join Factorial to accelerate growth through a robust UK&I; partner network. You will drive channel sales, manage reseller relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to align partner programs with our HR software platform. You’ll own the full partner sales cycle, gather partner feedback, and upsell solutions that meet client needs. The role includes regular partner engagements, demonstrations, and travel to the UKI region to strengthen our market presence. You’ll help shape the partner strategy as we scale globally with a mission-driven, collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades
- Identify and recruit strategic partners in HR space
- Develop and manage a UK&I; reseller network
- Be primary contact for multiple partners and coordinate with their clients
- Conduct regular partner meetings and product demos
- Gather partner/client feedback to improve the partnership program
- Upsell Factorial products/services based on client needs
- Collaborate with SDRs, Product, Marketing, CX and Senior Leadership
- Travel to the UKI for events and partner visits
Requisitos principales
- 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships or Channel Sales
- Experience in SaaS or digital transformation environments
- Experience working with and within the UK market
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources / Software / Payroll
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Proactive, ideas-driven mindset
- English expert; other languages are a plus
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
