Overview

In this PMO Engineer role, you will drive the project management backbone for cutting-edge military navigation systems. You’ll align milestones, deliverables and requirements across project phases, coordinating subcontractors to meet strict technical and contractual standards. You will bridge technical teams and program objectives throughout the lifecycle, shaping how projects are defined, tracked, and delivered. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to critical, large-scale defense programs within a general tech group.

Responsabilidades

- Own generation of project management and technical development documentation across project phases




- Manage subcontractors and ensure deliverables meet technical and contractual standards
- Track and manage project requirements, aligning technical work with program objectives
- Bridge gaps between technical teams and program objectives throughout the lifecycle

Requisitos principales

- Graduates in Aeronautical, Industrial or Telecommunications Engineering
- Experience in PMO roles within military projects (preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
- Strong communication, negotiation and ability to work under pressure in complex technical environments
