Overview

In this role you drive the OneLIMS program to modernize and standardize LIMS across Sanofi’s global QC network. You lead strategy, governance, and multi-site delivery, aligning with digital transformation and quality objectives. You’ll manage interdependent workstreams, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize value realization through KPIs. The position offers high-impact stakeholder engagement and the chance to shape a unified digital platform across a global organization.

Responsabilidades

- Define and drive program strategy, roadmap, and business case with stakeholders
- Chair governance across Quality, GBUs, and Manufacturing Operations; ensure executive visibility
- Structure program with project leaders, governance bodies, communications, and budget
- Coordinate interdependencies with ERP and other initiatives to maximize synergies
- Lead multi-site LIMS implementation ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance
- Manage program budget (OPEX/CAPEX) and ROI tracking
- Measure benefits realization with KPIs and ROI reporting
- Ensure GxP, data integrity, and cybersecurity compliance across solutions




- Coordinate cross-workstream deliverables and report to senior leadership
- Foster cross-functional stakeholder relationships and smooth system integrations
- Drive innovation and apply AI to accelerate deployment

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years in program/project management in life sciences or pharma
- 5+ years in senior program leadership roles
- Experience with LIMS or enterprise scientific/quality systems
- Deep GxP, regulatory (FDA/EMA) knowledge and data integrity
- Proven multi-site, global program leadership with large budgets (>€10M)
- Change management and organizational transformation experience
- Strong budget, ROI, and resource management capabilities
- Experience leading digital transformation in lab or manufacturing settings
- Cultural intelligence to operate in diverse integral teams
- Ability to manage external partners and complex vendor relationships
