In this role you will lead Perk’s real estate strategy across Europe and the US, shaping how our offices enable collaboration and creativity. You will oversee hubs across Central Europe and lead openings, moves, and closures to align with growth, culture, and operations. You’ll negotiate leases and manage budgets, timelines, and external partners to deliver high-quality real estate projects. The role also ties real estate to Workplace, Finance, and ESG goals, with a focus on employee experience. You will work with senior leaders to drive impact at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end Real Estate strategy for Europe and the US
- Lead office searches, openings, moves, and closures aligned with culture and growth
- Negotiate leases, renewals, and contracts with landlords and brokers
- Prepare business cases with financial models and space utilization analyses
- Manage timelines, budgets, and external partners for Real Estate projects
- Align Real Estate decisions with Workplace, Finance, and ESG strategies




- Oversee daily facilities operations for Central Europe hubs
- Develop policies and best practices for facilities
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate repairs, renovations, and service implementations
- Own emergency response, business continuity, and health & safety plans across sites
- Lead a Workplace Experience Specialist and collaborate across hubs
- Coordinate with TechOps, Legal, Finance, and People teams to align objectives

Requisitos principales

- Strong background in international Real Estate management and facilities operations
- Hands-on experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office providers at scale
- Strong project management skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent English communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations or support new hub openings
