Responsabilidades
- Own a diverse portfolio of accounts and set operational standards to drive revenue retention
- Identify systemic patterns across the portfolio and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience
- Develop and mentor junior team members in account management, data analysis, and collaboration
- Analyze portfolio-wide data to surface trends,
predict churn risk, and recommend preventative actions
- Partner with product and sales teams to surface insights and influence roadmap decisions
- Establish and implement best practices to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requisitos principales
- 3-5 years in customer ops, account management, or customer success
- Proven track record managing a complex portfolio
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, Looker, or equivalents
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and measure outcomes
- Strategic thinker who sees cross-account connections and patterns
- Excellent communication and cross-functional influence
