We are looking for a

Project Manager specialist in SAP The main objective of the role is to become the

Super Key User

for Component Production processes, leading the transition from one ERP system to another. Main Responsibilities

Production process knowledge

— Acquire a full understanding of all component production processes across workshops and of the current

SAP ERP

system. Process redesign in the new ERP

— Develop and redefine existing processes within the new ERP, ensuring a more efficient repair workflow for all components. Process documentation

— Prepare the required documentation for current and future processes, ensuring clarity and standardisation. Coordination with Production

— Validate and coordinate new solutions and implemented processes with Component Production teams.



Regulatory compliance

— Ensure that workshop processes comply with applicable regulations and quality standards. Production planning

— Strengthen workshop production planning, including resource sizing and identification of staff training needs. Requirements

C1 English

or equivalent. Knowledge of

industrial process management

and plant operations. Experience in

ERP processes and consulting . Valuable: previous experience in

MRO

or

AMOS . Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
