BRAVO CAPITAL · Valencia · full-time · hybrid competitive salary based on experience please read before applying this role requires solid, degree-level foundations in computer science or data science, or several years of demonstrable professional experience in software engineering or data science, including work done before adopting AI coding tools bootcamp training or AI-generated projects alone are not sufficient. you must understand the code you work with, explain your technical decisions, debug problems independently and demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals we use AI extensively, and expect you to apply your own technical judgement to everything you build we’re looking for someone who enjoys difficult technical problems, understands how systems work and turns ideas into useful software you’ll join our four-person Analytics team, made up of senior colleagues and one junior. we work as a horizontal team: everyone writes code, contributes to architecture and shares responsibility and technical leadership what you’ll do

- design, build and maintain applications across software, data, AI and infrastructure
- develop AI agents and integrate models into real products, measuring quality, reliability, latency and cost
- create dependable data pipelines and use statistics and machine learning where they help solve the problem
- take your work through testing, deployment and ongoing operation, including security, monitoring, backups and recovery
- work closely with technical and business colleagues, explain decisions clearly and help shape the direction of our projects what we’re looking for




- at least two years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, data engineering or applied AI
- a degree in computer science, computer engineering or data science, or equivalent depth demonstrated through professional experience. strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, software design, statistics or machine learning, relevant to your specialisation
- fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written
- curiosity, attention to detail, independent problem-solving and clear communication our technology our projects use Go, Rust, Python, SQL, React, TypeScript, Bun, Vite, uv, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Docker and Linux, with GitHub, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, S3 and Hetzner we also use Codex, Claude Code and Cursor, and work with MCP, skills, prompts, context management, caching, RAG and evaluations you’ll have room to explore optimisation, model training and fine-tuning when the project benefits from them. familiarity with every tool is not required, but you should learn quickly and validate your work location and working hours
- office in central Valencia, near the Town Hall
- fully on-site during the first weeks; afterwards, up to three remote-working days per week
- summer: 08:00–15:00
- rest of the year: Monday–Thursday, 09:00–18:30 with a one-hour lunch break; Friday, 09:00–15:00
- flexibility to start and finish 30 minutes earlier or later
