Experteer Overview
In this role you design, deploy, and support mission-critical digital power management systems for data centres, industrial sites, and commercial buildings. You will work across EMEA with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that keep critical infrastructure safe and efficient. You will shape deployment methodologies, provide engineering expertise, and mentor through knowledge sharing. This is an opportunity to impact the digital transformation of power management at scale while travelling to customer sites when needed.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and propose technical solutions for EPMS, DCIM, and PSA projects across EMEA (architecture, topology, BOMs, schedules, proposals)
• Implement and deploy power management and monitoring systems (Brightlayer, Foreseer, Power Xpert, PowerNet, next-gen platforms) and EPMS/SCADA solutions
• Define deployment methodology and coordinate site execution with local teams, third parties, or directly
• Provide L3 software support and applied engineering consultation on installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, and training
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering to manage scope, risks, and on-time delivery




• Produce and validate engineering documentation with internal teams and external partners
• Drive knowledge sharing and contribute to standardisation of deliverables, processes, and tools
• Invest in professional development and safety training; travel to sites as needed

Responsabilidades
• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Management, Automation, or related field
• 3+ years' experience with power management systems, preferably in data-centre environments
• Availability to travel at least 30% within EMEA
• Strong knowledge of power distribution (MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, meters, relays, EPMS/DCIM)
• Software, networking u0026 protocols knowledge (Windows/Linux, databases, Serial/Ethernet/Fibre, Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP); ability to troubleshoot end-to-end
• Hands-on diagnostics and repair of automation and power management systems
• Fluent English; excellent cross-cultural communication skills
• Self-driven, organized, with ability to handle high-complexity problems and deadlines
• Safety-first mindset and high personal integrity
• PLC, HMI, IED programming and logic control concepts
