Overview

As a Prompt Engineer in our AI Innovation Lab, you design, test, and scale prompts for large language models to improve decision-making, knowledge access, and collaboration. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to apply generative AI to human development, sustainability, and social well-being. You’ll build a reusable prompt framework, refine outputs for quality and ethics, and contribute to responsible AI practices. Responsabilidades

- Design, test, and refine prompts to maximize quality, accuracy, and ethical reliability of outputs
- Build and maintain a prompt engineering framework with reusable templates, libraries, and guidelines
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and research teams to integrate AI into tools addressing social and business challenges
- Apply advanced NLP techniques, embeddings, and fine-tuning to tailor LLMs to use cases
- Implement metrics to evaluate model performance, bias, and inclusivity
- Support development of AI systems aligned with organizational values, ethics, and social responsibility
- Stay ahead of curve in prompt engineering, AI safety, and generative model capabilities

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience designing prompts and workflows for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Llama, etc.)
- Solid Python programming with API experience
- Strong understanding of NLP methods, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate human needs into AI-powered solutions
- Fluent in English (B2+)
