In this role you will drive adoption and value realization of AI-enabled integration and migration capabilities across Santander entities. You will translate country requests into structured business cases, adoption plans and KPI tracking, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain momentum. You will influence senior stakeholders and manage vendor and country coordination to deliver measurable benefits. This is a high-impact, integral-reaching position within the AI Integration & Migration initiative that shapes how AI enables value in financial services.

Responsabilidades

- Support rollout and adoption of AI Integration & Migration across countries, coordinating workshops and requirement capture
- Maintain and qualify opportunity pipeline with actions, owners and expected value
- Build business cases with baselines, costs, value drivers and KPIs for adoption and benefits
- Translate country needs into backlog inputs and work with product engineering and AI specialists on feasibility and value
- Coordinate across vendors, DevOps, architecture, cybersecurity and country teams to resolve adoption issues and sustain momentum
- Prepare concise materials for reviews and senior stakeholders, including dashboards and value reporting




- Identify opportunities where AI-enabled capabilities drive measurable value and support governance of benefits

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in product management, technology transformation, strategic delivery, business architecture, PMO, consulting or value management (required)
- Experience driving technology adoption across multiple stakeholders, countries or business areas (required)
- Experience building business cases, KPI frameworks, benefits tracking or value-realization materials (required)
- Experience coordinating stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations (required)
- Experience in banking/regulated environments (preferred)
- Experience with global teams or multi-geography stakeholders and startup-style operating models (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field (required)
- Languages: English full professional, Spanish working proficiency (required for English; Spanish preferred)
- Technical fluency in AI-enabled integration, cloud, modernization and vendor trade-offs (required)
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with Jira, DevOps, dashboards and APIs (preferred)
