Overview

In this role you help Gartner identify and engage potential Fortune 500 clients, aligning research and expertise to their priorities. You’ll work within a fast-paced sales team to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings with senior executives. You’ll receive structured training and have a clear path to a quota-bearing sales role, contributing to Gartner’s growth and client impact. This program emphasizes collaboration, skill development, and exposure to cross-functional sales leadership.

Responsabilidades

- Partner with Sales Executives to craft strategic territory plans aligned to revenue targets
- Complete the sales development program training within 15 months
- Generate and qualify leads across existing and new clients




- Research target companies and C-Level executives to tailor outreach
- Proactively schedule calls via phone, email, LinkedIn, and warm/cold outreach
- Educate prospects on Gartner’s products and services
- Shadow or co-sell with aligned Sales Executives
- Support follow-up actions to advance the sales pipeline

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (all majors welcome)
- Relevant work or internship in sales or customer service
- Strong credibility with senior-level executives
- Advanced computer and internet search skills
- Excellent communication, writing, problem-solving, and time management
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure
