Overview

In this role you will act as the architect and guardian of N26’s Google Workspace and GCP ecosystem, treating the environment as a programmable platform. You’ll bridge productivity, identity, and cloud infrastructure to enable a secure, highly automated global workforce with AI integrations. You’ll own the end-to-end configuration, automation, and governance of enterprise Workspace and GCP, while championing security and compliance in a fast-moving fintech context. This is a hands-on, engineering-focused position that shapes how teams collaborate and scale.

Responsabilidades

- Manage the full lifecycle of the enterprise Google Workspace organization
- Design and maintain GCP project structures, OUs, Cloud Identity, and Chrome Enterprise across the company
- Build robust automation workflows using Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script and REST APIs to integrate Workspace with internal tools, HRIS, and Identity providers
- Lead rollout and optimization of Gemini Enterprise to boost organizational productivity through AI capabilities
- Design and enforce DLP rules, Context-Aware Access,



and secure BYOD policies balancing security with employee experience
- Serve as the technical owner for Google Vault, define data retention, execute legal holds, and manage matter-based exports for regulatory/audit needs

Requisitos principales

- Google Workspace enterprise administration at scale
- Solid knowledge of GCP (IAM hierarchies, Service Accounts, VPCs, Organization Policies)
- Automation of IT workflows with Python, JavaScript or Google Apps Script and REST APIs
- Terraform experience for IaC in SaaS/cloud environments
- Deep understanding of identity management, SAML/OIDC, and Zero Trust (Context-Aware Access and BeyondCorp)
- Chrome Enterprise Management and deployment of Chrome Enterprise Premium controls
- Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2) and Google Vault workflows for legal/audit discovery
- Strong communication skills for translating complex requirements to a integral team
