Overview

In this role you will lead and contribute to product and service development across technology deployments in a multi-country setting. You will liaise between business and technology to roll out initiatives that drive rapid impact as the business grows. You will shape product definition and implementation, solving cross-functional challenges with a hands-on, collaborative approach. Responsabilidades

- Lead ideation, technical development and launch of product and system features
- Drive development from small features to new products
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to build simple, high-quality features
- Define project scope, plan, milestones and deliverables within budget
- Make technical decisions and identify needed resources
- Monitor, report, and manage project status and deadlines




- Oversee allocated teams and review deliverables
- Communicate changes, issues, and delays; arbitrate conflicts
- Document and maintain project plans; review plans as needs change
- Track hours, expenses, and budget consumption; monitor risks
- Manage technical relationships with customers; support pre-sales activities
- Coordinate testing equipment and lab simulations per test strategy
- Participate in Change Approval Board (CAB)
- Location: Madrid (hybrid)

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
- >3 years of experience in IT Engineering projects
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and hybrid work models
- Atlassian tooling experience (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience managing international projects with foreign customers and partners
- Ability to work hands-on yet maintain strategic overview
