Overview

In this role you will lead the configuration and deployment of eTMF, CTMS and related solutions for life sciences customers, ensuring alignment with regulatory and validation needs. You will guide design decisions, deliver training, and support customers through application validation and lifecycle activities. As a Senior Consultant you will mentor project teams and drive end-to-end delivery. You’ll work in a flexible, remote setup across the EU/UK, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer success and business impact. This is a chance to shape how life sciences organizations manage clinical content and trials at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Lead rapid configuration and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup and Payments solutions
- Conduct workshops to elicit requirements and guide customers toward optimal design decisions




- Document design decisions and align Vault configuration with agreed designs
- Support validation activities and produce validation documentation
- Deliver onsite or remote training to customers
- Submit product enhancement requests based on project experience
- Ensure customer success across the engagement lifecycle
- Mentor and lead project team members during implementation

Requisitos principales

- Clinical trials experience with compliance and processes
- Implementation experience on eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, or Payments
- Understanding of life sciences content management and computer systems validation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good English communication skills
- Authorized to work in EU/UK
