About the opportunityWe are looking for a business lead for our Core Banking segment. Do you have hands-on experience leading Core Banking projects and products?Do you thrive on complex data analysis with SQL defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing compelling business cases to justify strategy investments?Do you enjoy complex project management, driving cross-functional alignment, and mastering stakeholder management across Product, Tech, Operations, and Executive team?Create and present business cases to assess both initiatives and experiments impact in front of the ELT. Conduct exploratory analyses to optimize P&L; - Including SQL deep dives and budget building Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.Become a central stakeholder for other departments, including Product & Tech, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.Lead the business segment of Core Banking.What you need to be successful:Background: Minimum of 5 years in fintech, banking, consulting, or startup environments.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics,
