Overview

In this role you own key parts of Fever’s app and web experiences within a cross-functional squad. You translate user insights into beautiful, data-informed designs and guide the product’s overall experience. You’ll collaborate with engineers, researchers, and PMs to deliver high-quality concepts from sketch to final visuals. You drive activation, retention, and engagement through thoughtful design and a strong product mindset. Responsabilidades

- Own design delivery for parts of the app and web within a squad
- Work autonomously from sketch to high-fidelity designs
- Set design tone and lead projects to improve activation, retention, and engagement
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers,



and product managers in cross-functional teams
- Produce multiple concepts and prototypes; balance insights, constraints, and business needs
- Synthesize input from stakeholders and translate it into data-informed design solutions

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies
- Strong mobile app and responsive website design experience
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers
- Excellent communication to defend and present design concepts
- Core strengths in visual design and UX design with a product mindset
- Team player comfortable with remote and cross-functional work
- Portfolio required (online or PDF) and English proficiency
