As Atlassian Engineer you will support, optimize and evolve the Jira, Confluence and related Atlassian stack for a world‑leading luxury group with international e‑commerce. You’ll work hands‑on in a collaborative team, handling workflows, configurations and integrations while aligning tools with agile delivery. You will participate in the full project lifecycle from concept to production and continuously improve environments. This is a growth‑oriented role in a multicultural, client‑facing setting.

Responsabilidades
- Configure and manage Jira and Confluence daily, including workflows, screens, fields, schemes and permissions
- Design and optimize project configurations and knowledge management setups
- Support Agile teams in SCRUM / Agile environments and ensure tool alignment with delivery needs
- Collaborate with internal SQLI teams and client stakeholders in an international context
- Contribute to continuous improvement, troubleshooting and optimization of Atlassian environments
- Participate in the full project lifecycle from concept to production deployment
- Collaborate closely with the Atlassian Practice Leader and a 4‑member team
Requisitos principales
- At least 4 years of experience with the Atlassian stack
- Hands‑on expertise with Jira, JSM, Confluence (workflows, automation, permissions, configurations)
- Experience with reporting/analytics tools (Atlassian Analytics or Power BI) for dashboards and insights
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Strong IT background with problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
