Overview

In this role you deliver on-site and remote implementation of Red Hat technology for customers in Spain, focusing on OpenShift, Ansible Automation Platform and Virtualization. You will be a subject matter expert guiding customers through infrastructure decisions and best practices while building deep technical expertise. You’ll support colleagues and partners by sharing methods and contributing to open source-driven delivery. This role offers hands-on problem solving, continuous learning, and a meaningful impact on customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Implement automated, containerized cloud application platforms covering networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, high availability, and resilience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites to address technical, development, or strategic IT requirements.
- Manage problem identification, architecture definition, software specification/design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment of enterprise-grade open source solutions.
- Deliver quality results on-site and post-engagement with appropriate documentation such as journals and status reports.




- Understand industry practices and Red Hat policies and values.
- continuously learn new technologies and apply them to customer needs.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in selecting optimal methods to implement solutions.

Requisitos principales

- Experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on development and deployment projects.
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies at a delivery level.
- Experience deploying container technologies in enterprise and highly customized, air-gapped environments.
- Knowledge of PaaS and container tech (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Ansible and the Automation Platform.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows.
- Ability to code in Go, Python, Java or similar.
- Quick learner with strong communication to both technical and business audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
