We’re hiring! Supply Chain & Contract Operations Specialist.

We’re looking for a Financial & Contract Operations Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in working with numbers, financial data and Excel.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys analysing data, understanding costs, working with financial and contractual information, and turning complex datasets into clear and reliable outputs. You’ll work in an international environment, so strong English communication skills are essential.

What you’ll bring

- Completed university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1), with the confidence to participate actively in meetings and communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a genuine interest in financial data, costs and quantitative analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including working confidently with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data consolidation and large datasets.
- Experience in areas such as financial analysis, controlling, cost analysis, contract operations, procurement or commercial/contract management.
- Ability to work accurately with financial and contractual information and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies.




- Experience in cost estimation, forecasting, price indexation, financial audits, risk assessment or international environments will be highly valued.
- Any knowledge or practical experience with AI tools, automation or AI-assisted data analysis will be considered a plus.

What you’ll do

- Analyse and consolidate financial and contractual data using Excel.
- Support cost estimations, forecasts, price calculations and financial assessments.
- Prepare and review contractual and financial documentation.
- Process and verify invoices, costs and supporting financial information.
- Support price indexation and other contract-related financial calculations.
- Extract, clean and analyse data to prepare KPIs, indicators and management information.
- Support financial audits, compliance activities and documentation reviews.
- Prepare Task Orders and support the financial and contractual assessment of Task Offers.
- Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across internal tools and reporting.
- Support procurement and subcontractor-related activities when required.
- Participate in meetings with international stakeholders and contribute to the preparation and follow-up of relevant documentation.
