Who are we?
At Plesh, we make delicious chocolate snacks that are so good you won't believe they're healthy. A new generation of chocolate treats with no added sugar, created to deliver all the flavour and texture people love—without the downsides.
Plesh is already available in leading retailers and backed by top-tier investors and creators. We're entering an exciting new stage of growth, with ambitious plans and increasing operational complexity.
This is a unique opportunity to join at a defining moment and help build the operational backbone of one of the most exciting challenger brands in the snacking category.
What are we looking for?
We're entering a pivotal stage of growth, and we're looking for a hands-on, highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Manager to help build the operational backbone that will support it.
Reporting directly to our CMO / COO, you'll take ownership of Plesh's end-to-end supply chain, working closely with our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners. You'll be responsible for making sure the right products are produced, the right materials are available at the right time, and our customers receive every order on time.
You'll play a key role in scaling Plesh's operations, helping us build the processes, partnerships and supply chain that will support the company's next stage of growth. This isn't about keeping things running—it's about building how Plesh operates as we scale. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build processes instead of simply following them.
What you'll do
Supply Chain
- Plan raw material and packaging requirements across our manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate production schedules with external manufacturers.
- Ensure materials are available on time to avoid production delays.
- Work with Sales, Marketing,
Finance and Product teams to ensure operational plans support commercial priorities and business growth.
- Design and implement scalable supply chain processes, systems and ways of working to support Plesh's next stage of growth.
Procurement
- Manage relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, lead times and commercial conditions.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers when needed.
Inventory & Planning
- Own the operational planning process, balancing demand forecasts, production capacity and inventory levels to ensure excellent service while maintaining efficient stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods across our manufacturing and logistics partners.
- Prevent both stock-outs and unnecessary overstock through proactive planning.
Logistics
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
- Work closely with warehouses and transport providers.
- Monitor logistics performance and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations or Logistics.
- Experience in FMCG (food & beverage is a plus).
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working with multiple suppliers and external manufacturing partners.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a nice to have.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and making things happen. You're comfortable working in an environment where priorities move fast, processes evolve and every day is different.
Benefits
- Join a high-growth food startup at a defining stage of its journey.
- Build and shape the Supply Chain function from an early stage.
- Work directly with the leadership team and have a real impact on the business.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- On-site role in Barcelona, with flexibility when needed.
- Snacks. PLESH, obviously.
