• Logistics Coordinator has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the PIOGO team, acting as the essential link between manufacturing units, supply chain stakeholders, and programs. In this role, you will play a key part in placing purchase orders, maintaining material flows, and managing supplier inventory to directly support assembly lines and customer support needs.RESPONSIBILITIESThe main tasks of the jobholder will be:Manage Purchasing &

• Orders: Place purchase orders on behalf of the commodity and maintain full lifecycle order accuracy in the ERP system.Coordinate Material Delivery: Serve as the operational interface between manufacturing customers, program teams, quality, and physical logistics to ensure parts arrive on time, quality, and cost.Monitor Performance &

• Issues: Daily track supply chain performance across receiving, workshops, and shipping while prioritizing urgent requests and resolving disputes.Manage Inventory &

• Flows: Monitor general inventory volumes, control stock levels, and manage bidirectional logistics flows (returned parts, quotes, teardowns).Improve Processes &

• KPIs: Implement and analyze key supply chain KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and maintain supply continuity.We are looking forward to knowing you:Education: University degree in Engineering,
