As a Java Senior Software Engineer in the Prime team, you drive technical initiatives and mentoring across engineers to deliver high-impact, scalable microservices. You’ll shape architecture, improve testability, and align technical decisions with business goals in a fast-moving, agile environment. You operate with a cross-functional group to evolve the Prime domain and AI-powered features that personalize the customer travel experience. This role offers growth through mentorship, continuous learning, and exposure to strategic projects in a global platform.

Responsabilidades

- Provide technical guidance for complex initiatives and strategic improvements
- Improve code structure, architecture, testability, and maintainability
- Deliver high-complexity projects with multiple stakeholders while mitigating timeline risks
- Mentor team members, conduct code and architecture reviews, and promote skill growth
- Communicate complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders and align across the organization
- Work in a fully agile Kanban environment with cross-functional teams to design, build, operate and evolve the Prime domain




- Participate in product definition and ideation processes and maintain a learning mindset
- Receive mentorship and support to accelerate career development

Requisitos principales

- Deep understanding of OOP, functional programming, concurrency, data structures, design patterns, databases, APIs
- Experience with full software development lifecycle including production deployment and testing (unit/integration)
- Cloud and Continuous Delivery environments
- Strong data-driven and analytical skills; creative problem-solving for complex business/customer problems
- Commitment to high quality and technical excellence; strong communication and collaboration
- Ability to visually represent solutions in standard diagrams for diverse audiences
