Overview
Regional leader supporting the Quality Management System across Europe to ensure regulatory alignment and continuous improvement. You partner with site quality teams and general Quality Systems to standardize processes, monitor KPIs, and drive risk-based improvements. You will coach sites, enable data-driven reporting, and adapt core QMS tools to regional needs. This role combines technical QMS, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate quality performance across the region.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor site adherence to QMS processes (CAPA, document control, NCRs) and regulatory/customer requirements
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to site quality teams; act as escalation point for complex system issues
- Support European needs of core QMS tools (LIMS, EQMS, SharePoint, PBI, Hive, Databricks, Traceability)
- Develop European scorecards, dashboards, and KPI reporting; analyze quality trends, risks, and audit findings for continuous improvement
- Create tools to analyze and report European quality trends, risks, KPIs, and audit findings; support improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Global Teams to advance and standardize core QMS
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Manufacturing, or Food Industry
- Understanding of CAPA, Document Control, NCRs and regulatory/customer compliance
- Root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Data analysis and KPI interpretation; knowledge of PBI, Databricks, EQMS Reporting, LIMS Reporting, and basic automation
- Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration
