In this Client Success role, you nurture and manage relationships with a portfolio of Gartner clients to ensure they realize value beyond their investment. You engage with senior and junior stakeholders to surface priorities and advocate for actions that drive retention and ROI. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to maximize value delivered and work in a hybrid environment that supports flexible, productive work. This position offers broad exposure to enterprise clients and the chance to shape outcomes through proactive partnership and cross-functional teamwork.

- Build and manage relationships with clients across functions and levels
- Regularly engage virtually to understand business priorities and recommend value-driven actions
- Collaborate with internal Gartner teams to maximize client value and retention
- Identify opportunities to surface client priorities and align Gartner services with client needs
Requisitos principales
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent/Native English
