Overview

In this role you will lead cross-product line projects from inception to completion, coordinating diverse departments to meet timelines, budgets, and quality. You will work within a R&D; and production-oriented environment to drive strategic initiatives and deliverables across Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing. The position offers collaboration with intercultural teams and a focus on delivering delivery system and surfactant technologies for cosmetics and personal care. Responsabilidades

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met
- Identify and manage project risks and contingency plans
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular project updates to senior management

Requisitos principales

- University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology or related areas
- Master or PhD preferred; technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years experience considered under certain circumstances
- Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in delivery systems and surfactants
- Experience with lab and production-scale equipment for emulsions and delivery system technologies
- Knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical delivery system technologies
- Cosmetics actives and Personal Care knowledge a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
