As Audit Manager at Zurich Cover-More, you will drive audit activities for the global integration of Travel Guard and oversee the interim and target state for audit. You will collaborate with Group Audit, regional centers, and wider teams to deliver high-quality audit outcomes. You’ll apply data analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to assess risks and inform audit scope. You’ll lead stakeholder relationships, craft impactful audit reports, and foster a culture of quality and continuous learning. Responsabilidades

- Assess and execute audit activities related to global integration
- Define interim/target audit state and scope; identify key risks
- Collaborate with Group Audit and regional centers of excellence
- Plan risk assessments; leverage Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI




- Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships
- Develop high-quality audit reports with business impact and root causes
- Foster quality, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
- Contribute to strategic priorities and co-create a leading audit function using Agile methods

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance within Insurance, or 8+ years in Insurance business positions
- Good understanding of insurance business; Travel insurance a plus
- Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks
- Strong report writing skills
- Experience in complex, fast-moving, international organizations
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills across senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Data, IT, and AI applications
- Excellent project management, leadership, and coaching abilities
- Fluent English; another European language is a plus
