Overview

In this role you will lead the technical direction for our cross-platform design system while guiding a multidisciplinary engineering team. You will ensure accessible, high-quality frontend and mobile solutions, oversee release processes, and balance delivery with technical debt. You contribute to agile, secure software delivery within Schwarz Digits and the wider Schwarz Group, shaping a scalable design system used across teams. This is an opportunity to influence how we enable digital sovereignty and accelerate delivery in a complex, multi-team environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the cross-platform design system and architectural decisions
- Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Drive squad velocity and monitor sprint KPIs with Product Owner alignment
- Embed accessibility standards (WCAG, native mobile) into core components
- Oversee app release lifecycles, store submissions,



and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane)

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years directly managing software engineering teams
- Proven capability to make sound technical decisions in complex environments
- Experience across frontend and mobile technologies (React, React Native, Swift, Kotlin)
- Understanding of mobile/complex software lifecycles, release automation, and CI/CD pipelines
