Overview

As Proposal Manager, you will steer the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for Veeva’s life sciences solutions in Europe. You will coordinate cross-functional experts to craft compelling, high-quality submissions that align with customer needs and our global standards. You’ll lead timelines, quality checks, and stakeholder alignment to win strategically important opportunities. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven, flexible, Work Anywhere environment.

Responsabilidades

- Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from receipt to submission, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, IT Security, etc.).
- Lead alignment calls to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify differentiators, and assign timelines.
- Draft responses, manage workflows,



and perform quality checks for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
- Handle multiple proposals and related projects, consistently meeting deadlines.

Requisitos principales

- Strong written and oral English communication.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI responses in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- International business experience with willingness to support integral operations across time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Word Styles; strong editing/proofreading.
