Overview

As Translation Project Coordinator you will steward multilingual projects from kickoff to delivery, partnering with internal teams and a general network of vendors to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You’ll manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, resolving issues and ensuring documentation and processes support scalable, consistent outcomes. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning and growth in a leading language services company with a global footprint. You will work across cross-cultural contexts to drive successful localization initiatives.

Responsabilidades

- Coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects
- Oversee all project phases from initiation to delivery for smooth execution
- Collaborate with Sales/Client Services to define scope, timelines, and requirements
- Engage with vendors to negotiate rates, assign tasks, and set deadlines, then monitor progress
- Track project status and proactively resolve issues with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, gross margins, and reporting




- Maintain organized project documentation
- Perform quality control checks at various stages and ensure compliance with processes and standards
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Superior written and spoken English communication
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders internationally
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills
