Overview

In this role you will support independent retailers across Europe, helping them optimize product ranges and grow their business through expert guidance and strong relationships. You will work with cross-border partners to drive repeat orders and expand the stockist programme, contributing to the company’s international growth. You’ll engage with retailers, present new product lines, and close sales opportunities, all from a central Barcelona hub in a collaborative, growth-focused team. This is a hands-on position with clear impact on partner success and revenue.

Responsabilidades

- Call independent retail stores weekly to ensure the right product range is carried
- Advise partners on what to order based on sales and business needs




- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
- Perform stock checks and encourage restocks to prevent missed sales
- Present new product ranges and close sales opportunities
- Increase partner engagement with the stockist programme to support long-term growth

Requisitos principales

- Native-level German
- Proficient English
- Proficiency in at least one additional European language
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Proactive, commercial mindset with ability to meet targets
- Valid driver’s licence
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
- Ability to manage time and customer schedules effectively
