We're looking for an EHS Technician to help create safer and more sustainable workplaces across our Maintenance Services projects in Pinto (Madrid). This role goes beyond compliance. It is about protecting people, supporting operations, and embedding a strong safety culture in a critical industry.

Your role, your impact
Support the Site EHS Manager in all Environment, Health & Safety topics
Perform EHS risk assessments and define preventive actions to control risks across assigned projects and depots
Prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans and response procedures
Coordinate EHS activities with contractors and operational stakeholders where interfaces are involved
Develop, deploy and maintain local EHS procedures, tools and management systems aligned with Alstom and international standards
Ensure compliance with EHS plans, legal requirements and work instructions
Deliver EHS training, awareness initiatives and site visits to promote a strong safety culture
Maintain EHS documentation, records and legal compliance checks
You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management and maintenance services - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
University degree in Engineering,
Business or a related field
Health & Safety qualification recognised by Spanish authorities (University Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention)
Up to 5 years of professional experience, including experience in Environment, Health & Safety activities
Strong knowledge of Spanish EHS legislation and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards; ISO 50001 and Internal Auditor certification are a plus
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments; railway sector experience is highly valued
Native Spanish and intermediate to advanced English level
Proactive mindset, autonomy and strong communication skills

Compliance with legal, company and project EHS requirements
Quality and timeliness of risk assessments, audits and reporting activities
Contribution to a positive safety culture and employee awareness
